Day Two:

i have been doing really well.  soy nuts in the am, some homemade tuna salad with mustard, horseradish, and green onions, tons of broccoli, eggplant, and tilapia, i even made the ricotta creme shit for dessert,

but i am having the most unusual craving for coffee. tf. i never drink coffee.

Starting South Beach Today

Tried it successfully about a year ago, so I’ll see how it works out this time.  I have tons of yummy veggies, nuts, cheeses, and meats.  I can’t wait. 

Breakfast:

-three egg, spinach and low-fat mozarella omelet 

topped with homeade hot sauce

-two slices turkey bacon

-two glasses water
