So this is my before and during. I’m only fourteen and I know that I’m pretty young to be worrying about losing weight and everything, but I was just living such an unhealthy lifestyle that I knew I needed a change. I lost weight the healthy way and didn’t worry about setting goals and time limits. This took me a little bit over a year and I am so beyond proud of what I’ve accomplished in that time. I achieved my weight loss by eating raw, natural foods and cutting out sugar and processed foods. It’s pretty easy for me to get exercise since I play sports (tennis and soccer) and really really enjoy running. I still have a long ways to go, not only in my weight loss. but in my fitness (I’m thinking about joining track this year!), and lifestyle (I’m on my way to veganism!). If I can do it, you can do it! Believe in yourself!
